The MT-50 Series Compound Binocular Biological Microscopes is our Advanced Higher Academic Biological Microscope. For the laboratory, medical school, veterinary clinic, physician’s office the economical MT-50 is the ideal microscope system. It’s mechanical durability holds up to the constant daily use and demands of a busy laboratory. This is the ideal combination of economy without compromising quality. The MT-50 uses a 3 watt LED with variable intensity control, rated for over 25,000 hours of use. A new optical standard of precision optics is found in this series of Meiji Techno’s MT-50 advanced student microscopes. These proven, durable microscopes will withstand the constant student wear and tear a student microscope endures from day to day use. The rugged cast aluminum base is designed with stability in mind, but compact in design to fit most laboratory bench. The quadruple objective turret nosepiece is in reverse position to permit easier changing and positioning of specimen slides and to protect the objective lenses. The LED illumination with intensity control provides optimum image brightness with all objectives in place. LED offers no heat, providing no external stress on the sample on the stage or quickly evaporating an alcohol solution. Cord hanger is positioned properly for portability and ease of storage, that lab technicians appreciate greatly. The magnification of this Binocular Compound Microscope from 40x, 100x, 400x and 1000x. Ideal for biological use, this microscope satisfies laboratories on a limited budget.

The MT4000 Series microscopes feature a new computer engineered rigid frame that incorporates low positioned coaxial coarse/fine focus controls and ergonomic stage design for maximum efficiency and comfort while also providing an extremely stable operating platform.

The MT4000 Series offers an outstanding range of features and optical performance with an emphasis on all newly engineered high performance optics based on Meiji Techno’s ICOS™ Optical System (Infinity Corrected Optical System). The new optics, provide exceptionally bright, crisp, images, with good color rendition and superior flat fields of view. A modular design facilitates attachment of a variety of accessories such as CMOS/CCD video cameras, digital still cameras, and 35mm cameras.

Meiji Techno's laboratory grade upright microscope line is the new and cost-effective MT5000 Series Biological Microscopes. The MT5000 Series employs all new and improved Plan Semi Apochromat optics. Meiji Techno's ICOS™ (Infinity Corrected Optical System) makes the study of mounted specimens fast and easy while delivering an excellent cost-to-performance ratio. Ergonomically designed, precisely manufactured in Japan and simple to use stage and coarse and fine controls, to meet the demands of researchers and clinical laboratory specialists. Meiji Techno has reviewed all aspects of microscope usability to develop the MT5200L microscope, which provides functionality with operational ease. It has a larger 30.0 mm I.D. eyetube and a larger stage and a higher grade objective than the MT4000 Series. Viewing high quality images, sample changing and photomicroscopy are all conducted with ergonomics in mind. High Intensity Halogen illumination shows true to life color quality. The MT5200L is designed for Brightfield observation and rugged quality as you would expect from a Japanese made microscope. Various imaging techniques are available with different models in this series.

The MT6000 Series microscopes are configured for brightfield and epi-flourescence but can also be outfitted with optional phase contrast, polarized light and darkfield components. System modularity makes purchase and operation very affordable for colleges, universities, researchers and clinics.
